About Toolz
Toolz is a trading name of GLAFKIAS ENTERPRISES LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under company number HE 430489 ("Toolz", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms of Service apply to businesses purchasing software subscriptions and related services from Toolz.
Toolz operates on a business-to-business basis only. By purchasing a service from us, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and have authority to enter into an agreement on its behalf.
Our Service
Toolz helps businesses identify and access third-party Software as a Service ("SaaS") products.
Toolz purchases licences from third-party software providers and resells access to those products to its customers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Toolz does not develop, own or operate the third-party software supplied through us.
Your use of any third-party software is also subject to the applicable provider's own terms, policies and acceptable use requirements. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
Subscriptions and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew each month.
Payment is made directly to Toolz rather than to the third-party software provider.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time before its next renewal. Your subscription will remain active for the period that has already been paid for and will not renew for a further month.
Payments are non-refundable, including where a subscription is cancelled part-way through a paid subscription period, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation and Your Data
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing by Toolz for that subscription.
What happens to information, content, files or other data held within a third-party SaaS platform following cancellation is determined by that provider's terms and policies.
You are responsible for downloading or otherwise retaining any information you require before your access to a third-party service ends.
Toolz does not have access to, control or manage the business data you create or store within third-party SaaS platforms unless specifically stated otherwise.
Prices
We may change the price of a subscription, including where a third-party provider changes the price charged to Toolz.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of a price change before your next renewal. Continuing the subscription following the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Third-Party Services
Third-party SaaS products are provided and operated by independent suppliers.
Toolz cannot guarantee that a third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that its features, functionality or compatibility will remain unchanged.
A supplier may modify, replace or discontinue its service or cease supplying licences to Toolz. Where this occurs, we may need to change or discontinue the affected subscription.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and, where appropriate, suggest an alternative service.
Liability
Toolz will take reasonable care in providing its services. However, we are not responsible for the operation, availability, security, performance or functionality of software operated by third-party suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolz will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from the use or unavailability of a third-party service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Information on toolz.cy is provided for general business information purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, software features, availability and pricing may change.
Recommendations made by Toolz are intended to help businesses identify potentially useful software. You remain responsible for deciding whether a particular product is appropriate for your business and requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Toolz name, website content, graphics and other material produced by Toolz may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be published on toolz.cy with the date it was last updated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
